GovHead does not provide classified proposal services.
GovHead provides proposal-writing, consulting, capture, opportunity intelligence, and related services for unclassified federal opportunities only.
Important notice
Do not send, upload, disclose, or otherwise provide classified information to GovHead or its personnel.
GovHead does not accept, develop, write, review, edit, manage, process, or submit proposals or proposal materials containing classified information. This restriction applies regardless of classification level or the security-clearance status of individual GovHead consultants.
GovHead's website, commercial email, cloud platforms, collaboration systems, and artificial-intelligence tools are not authorized channels for classified information.
Personnel security experience
Individual experience does not change company policy.
GovHead's consultant network may include professionals who currently hold or have previously held U.S. Government security clearances or accesses, including Secret, Top Secret, and Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
These individual credentials and prior experiences do not change GovHead's policy: the company does not provide classified proposal services or accept classified information.
Mixed opportunities
Only a clearly segregated unclassified portion may be considered.
If an opportunity includes classified and unclassified components, GovHead may consider supporting only the unclassified portion after confirming that no classified information is required for the work.
If classified information is necessary to understand, develop, review, edit, or submit the work, GovHead cannot support that engagement.
